Special Note:
1. For local customers with Corbell's warranty card only.
2. Registration must be done within 14 days of purchase (either by mail or online), failing which will render the
    warranty null and void.
3. This registration does not replace the warranty card, but only successful registration will render the warranty
    effective.
4. Warranty card and proof of purchase must be produced at the time of service.
